Mediation is a form of "assisted decision-making" - a process in which an outside person (the mediator) assists two or more people or organisations that are in dispute, to communicate, negotiate and achieve mutually agreeable outcomes matters in dispute.

You may find mediation helpful in resolving disputes, especially where you wish to continue to have a relationship with the other party, in matters such as family law (children, property and de facto relationships), commercial contract disputes and matters pertaining to property.

We have mediation specialists who are able to advise, represent or even conduct mediation conferences.
